How To Cook Grilled Lamb Chops
For many home chefs, lamb remains a mystery. But you shouldn’t be intimidated by this unique, flavorful and rich meat. When cooking lamb, use a gentle heat, raising the temperature slowly, so you don’t dry it out. Choose from a shoulder chop, rib chop or loin chop. Loin chops are the most tender cut of the lamb with more meat. Lamb chops pair well with rosemary or mint and are absolutely delectable when grilled. Break out the barbecue and do something different from just hamburgers and chicken this summer and try your hand at grilled lamb chops. In this video, Chef Mark will show you how to cook the perfect grilled lamb chops in just a few steps. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
