How To Grill Pizza

If you want to take the party outside and make the most out of the beautiful fall weather, you can start utilizing your grill more often to prepare your meals. You’d be surprised what tasks can be done outside over your grill that you ordinarily carry out in the confines of your kitchen. If you’re looking for an easy dinner, make your own pizza rather than ordering delivery. You can use a store-bought frozen pizza – but be sure to defrost it first. Or you can make your own. A deep dish pizza may be too thick to cook on the grill, so it is best to stick with a regular crust or thin crust. Like a wood-fired pizza, a grilled pizza will create a unique flavor and provide bottom and top heat to cook the pizza all the way through. On medium heat, place the pizza on a grill screen to prevent any pieces from falling through and making for easy removal. In this video, Chef Mark gives an online cooking lesson on how to make an unbeatable grilled pizza. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
