Nothing says the dog days of summer like a thick stack of ribs on the grill. Something about that sweet and tangy sauce combined with the smoky barbecued flavor of the ribs just conjures up an image of a sweltering summer day and a cold glass of sweet tea. Whether you are having a backyard get together or just want to get some use out of the barbecue, throw a rack of ribs on the grill for a change from the burgers and hot dogs. You can add mesquite, apple wood or hickory chips to a charcoal grill for that distinct smoky flavor. If you feel like going the extra mile you can make your own barbecue sauce. It is simple to do and you can add the level of spice you prefer. In this video, Chef Mark will give you step-by-step cooking lesson for finger-licking barbecue ribs. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
