Broccoli salads have multiple health benefits due to its main ingredient broccoli. Broccoli is known as one of the most nutritious vegetables available to us. Chef Fernando demonstrates an appetizing broccoli salad that is packed with flavor and crunch. In this cooking lesson he will be using broccoli, red onions, and dried cranberries to give the salad that crunchy texture. While using mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar to make the dressing. Combine all the dry ingredients in one bowl and then combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and sugar in another to make the dressing; you are going to want to whisk ingredients together until smooth. You wouldn’t want to taste any clumps of mayonnaise while eating your salad. Now, you will want to grab the bowl with the vegetables and fully coat them with the dressing. Before serving you will let the vegetables sit for about 5 minutes so they can absorb the flavors from the dressing.
