Anyone who has made a salad dressing knows just how difficult it actually is. To create the perfect balance of flavor, acidity and oil, you need a lot more than just a recipe! Plus, half the recipes out there don’t even have the correct measurements. Oh, and let’s not forget the hardest part: actually getting the oil to bind to the vinegar and not separate. As far as vinaigrettes go, they are definitely not as easy as 1-2-3. Even seasoned chefs have had a few vinaigrettes separate on them, or so we’ve heard. But that can all change by watching this video.

So, follow along with us in this online cooking class as you learn to cook this great and easy vinaigrette. It’s going to change your salad making life!
