When the kids get home from a long day at school, they are often hungry and can’t wait until dinner. You can pull together a simple snack wrap for them, using the contents of your refrigerator. Try including whole wheat tortillas, spinach, cheese, shredded carrots, tomatoes and deli-style turkey to add even pack a nutritional punch to an already healthy snack. Cut the wraps into bite-sized pieces, so the kids can eat as few or as many as they crave without spoiling their appetite for dinner. Snack wraps also make great appetizers for entertaining on game day or fun additions to a picnic basket. Because this dish is open to variation, you can make multiple varieties to suite a range of tastes. In this video, Chef Mark will show you how to prepare delicious snack wraps in just a few steps. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
