Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner, a fried egg sandwich is an uncomplicated meal to make at any hour. You can make an egg sandwich as simple or elaborate as you please. Only use ham, egg and cheddar cheese or add on fresh vegetables like sliced tomatoes, lettuce, onions and sprouts. When frying the egg for the sandwich, decide how you want your egg cooked. You can cook the egg over-easy or all the way through depending on how you like the yolk. Season the egg to taste while you are frying to enhance the flavor. You can even remove the yolk from the egg for a healthy egg white sandwich. In this video, Chef Fernando provides an online cooking lesson for making a quick and easy fried egg sandwich. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
