Bratwurst is a summer favorite that simply tastes better off the grill and enjoyed in the sunshine. This German sausage is typically made from veal, pork or beef and first made its mark in Wisconsin where there was a large German population. The brats became very popular and are now a coveted ballpark treat. You can add variety to your bratwurst by adding toppings like sauerkraut, caramelized onions, grilled peppers, or traditional mustard over the brat and a toasted bun. You can even try changing the cooking method and boiling your brats in beer. This tasty sausage is easy to make and are a great addition to any backyard barbeque. In this video, Chef Mark will give you step-by-step cooking lesson for ballpark-worthy grilled brats. For more great cooking demonstration videos, subscribe to the LearnToCookOnline YouTube channel.
